I’ve found diffusing this blend while I journal helps me process the pain and hurt. It supports me and holds the space gently as I explore and unpack the pain.

In my journal, I write whatever thoughts, feelings, and emotions arise as I think about past hurts. I don’t edit the thoughts; I just write them all down. I do this for 20 minutes, inhaling the healing wound's smell and saying to myself, “I release past pain and hurt and move forward lovingly to myself and those who hurt me.” Choose your own statement to help you release those final pangs of pain. It is a cathartic process.
